Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a dishwasher to support our culinary team by keeping dishes and supplies clean and organized for daily operations.

You will help with dishwashing, prep, and basic kitchen tasks, ensuring a safe, tidy workspace while contributing to smooth service in our busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and prep areas; put away dish loads and perform kitchen duties as necessary.
• Assist with receiving products, stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness.
• Maintain kitchen and dishwashing area cleanliness and safety to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

What will I do?

• Support culinary operations by washing dishes, putting away dish loads and performing other kitchen duties as necessary, including some food prep work
• Assist with receiving of products, stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed in the most effective and safest way possible
