Job summary

Silver Creek Valley Country Club in San Jose, CA, is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment. As part of Troon, you will join a global leader in golf and residential communities.

Pay is $19.00–$22.00 per hour with healthcare benefits and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. This role focuses on keeping the kitchen area clean, safe, and well organized to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, dry storage, and walk-in cooler.
• Empties trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of storage, shelving, tables, hoods, and exhaust.
• Stores dishes in proper locations.
• Follows safe work practices at all times.
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishware; cleans the kitchen after close.
• Assists with other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have experience working in fast paced restaurant experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
