Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Buffalo Grove, IL, is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations, maintain clean, sanitized work areas, and ensure all dishware and equipment meet food safety standards. You will help create a safe, organized kitchen environment that supports quality meal service and resident well-being.

The role involves setting up dishwashing stations, operating dish machines, washing and sanitizing items, and following sanitation logs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
