Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a dependable dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The position offers competitive benefits and weekly pay, including health, dental, and medical coverage, fully paid life insurance, and a 401K with company match.

Employees are eligible for FSA/HSA, weekly wages, and bonuses up to $2000 in the first year. Must be at least 18 and able to obtain required work cards and non-gaming registrations as required by local law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Internal candidates must meet Transfer and Promotion Policy.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards, and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Safely use all kitchen equipment and cleaning and sanitizing products in accordance with all SDS Sheets and departmental standards.
• Must understand and adhere to safe and sanitary work habits; must understand and adhere to the safe handling, usage and storage of all chemicals used during the performance of duties.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain dish machines.
• Clean, transport and store all pots and pans, dining ware, silverware, and glassware used in the food and beverage operation.
• Unload delivery trucks as needed.
• Transport food waste, grease, oil, etc., in appropriate locations.
• All other duties assigned by Room Chef, Sous Chef, or F&B Manager.

Education
