Job summary

Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar in Boulder is hiring a Dishwasher to keep the dish station clean and organized while supporting back-of-house tasks. The role involves food prep, stocking, trash & recycling, safety, and assisting the chefs in a fast-paced environment.

We offer full-time or part-time schedules, a team service tip pool, and pay between $23 and $25 per hour with room to earn more. Benefits include medical, dental and vision after 6 months and restaurant dining discounts.

• Perform other back-of-house duties (food prep, stocking, trash & recycling, safety, cleaning).

Jax brings the coast to the coast-less. Inspired by the timeless fish houses of the East, West, and Gulf shorelines, we create incredible memories and share delicious food and drink with friends and family. We are a neighborhood seafood bar with a wild vibe of rocks popping, drinks shaking, pots and pans clattering from the counter bar, and laughter a happening. Our Dishwashers are the backbone of our award-winning restaurants; responsible for keeping the dish station clean, organized and running like clockwork; in addition to other back of house duties (food prep, stocking, trash & recycling, safety, cleaning) and assisting the Chefs and the kitchen team. Our kitchen crew is paramount to providing a remarkable guest experience and creating a positive team environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be hard-working, adaptable and comfortable in a high volume kitchen.
