Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual methods as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and floors.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and kitchenware in designated areas for use by kitchen and service staff.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks and support food preparation areas as directed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management promptly.
