Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is hiring a Dishwasher to join our on-site team in Auburn, CA. You will operate the dish station, sanitize all dishes and utensils, and maintain a clean, safe food service area in line with our standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and 1 year of prior experience (preferred). Flexibility with hours and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains sanitary, clutter-free and safe environment in food services areas by cleaning floors, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
