Job summary

JDK Management Company in Allentown, PA is seeking a Dishwasher to keep the restaurant running smoothly by cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will help maintain a safe, organized back-of-house and support both coworkers and guests.

No prior experience is required, but dishwashing experience is a plus. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.

• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with trash removal and floor cleaning.

The role

We are looking for a Dishwasher who plays an essential part in keeping the restaurant running smoothly by ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and ready for use. A great Dishwasher takes pride in creating a safe, efficient, and team-focused environment that supports both coworkers and guests.

What you’ll do

• Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces.
