Job summary

Albuquerque Embassy Suites, operated by Atrium Hospitality, is seeking a part-time Kitchen Steward to keep all kitchen areas sanitized and organized for daily service. You will wash dishes, prep areas, manage trash, and support kitchen and event teams while upholding sanitation standards across all food and beverage spaces.

No experience is required—training is provided within 90 days; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
