Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and personnel.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods and in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments.
• Must maintain personal hygiene according to DHEC and company standards.
• Punctuality and regular attendance are required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Report any functional or mechanical problems to the Executive Chef.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul trash to the dumpster at designated times.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Clean food preparation and production areas.
• Prep assigned items when necessary.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
