Black Bear Diner is seeking a dependable Dish Machine Operator to own the dishwashing process, ensuring utensils and service ware are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked for smooth dinner service. You will maintain a clean, organized dishroom and support other crew members as needed to keep the kitchen running efficiently.

The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while adhering to company standards for appearance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine to clean, sanitize and stock utensils and service ware.

• Assist other crew members as needed with cleaning and organizing.
• Bag and haul dishroom trash to the designated area and perform station-related sidework.
