Job summary

Gate Gourmet in the United States is seeking a reliable Dishroom Attendant to handle washable items in a high-volume kitchen environment. You will separate, wash, and organize dishes, help maintain supply flow, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

The position requires a HS diploma (or GED), up to one year of experience, and a current U.S. driver's license. Weekend or holiday shifts and overtime may be required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Up to one year experience preferred.
• Licenses: Current U.S. driver's license.
• Communication: Read and write to complete required forms; communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Availability: Schedule may include weekends/holidays; may require overtime.

Responsibilities

• Separates washable items (trays, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, etc.).
• Places items on the dishwasher conveyor belt to be washed.
• Retrieves items from the belt and stowing as required, may include packing to customer diagrams.
• Follows directions.
• Works as a member of a team.
• Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management.
