Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dishroom Lead in Plano, TX (FANNIE MAE) for a full-time, weekday-morning shift role. As the senior person in the dishroom, you will provide direction to team members and drive practical solutions to keep operations efficient and compliant with client expectations.

You will maintain and clean kitchen areas and equipment, wash dishes by hand or in a machine, sweep and mop floors, and manage the transfer of supplies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
• Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
