Job summary

Sodexo seeks a Dishroom Lead at Dickinson State University to manage dishroom operations, supervise teammates, and ensure clean, safe kitchen areas. You will lead by example, directing staff across washing, sanitizing, and coordinating with the dining team to meet daily service needs.

The role offers full-time employment with varying shifts. Competitive hourly wages range from $15.00 to $16.25 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
