Description of Job Duties
Dishwashing
Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.
Hand wash delicate items as needed, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation.
Organize and store cleaned items efficiently.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and address any challenges.
Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Keep surfaces, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
Empty trash and recycling containers regularly.
Assist in routine cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic environment.
Restocking napkins, utensils and other items.
