Job summary

Park Ridge Country Club in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support the kitchen team. You will wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, keep the station clean, and assist with restocking during service.

Applicants should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be reliable and punctual, and prepare to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior dishwashing experience is a plus but not required.

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, and pans efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout each shift.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and cookware as needed.
• Handle and store chemicals and cleaning supplies safely.
• Remove trash and keep kitchen floors and work areas clean.
• Support back-of-house operations during busy service periods.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout each shift
• Assist kitchen staff by restocking clean dishes, utensils, and cookware as needed
• Properly handle and store chemicals and cleaning supplies following safety guidelines
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and work areas
• Support back-of-house operations during high-volume service periods

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
