Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group, at The DeSoto Savannah, is seeking a dedicated Dish Steward to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen areas. This full-time role offers a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and reliability to support hospitality operations.

You will clean and organize dishware, assist with kitchen duties, and ensure compliance with health standards while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Flexible hours and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
