Job summary

Schulte Companies is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team. This role supports our hospitality mission by keeping dishware clean and ready, maintaining the dish room, and assisting in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
