Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen utensils in a clean and sanitized condition.
• Keep the dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean and organized.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues promptly.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Uphold excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and food safety procedures.
• Protect company assets and maintain security of supplies and equipment.
