You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, contribute to a fast-paced kitchen, and play a key part in ensuring cooks have what they need to deliver great meals to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen, food service, or high-volume operations environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the dish pit, washing wares by hand or with dishwashers to the highest standard of cleanliness.
• Return clean equipment to designated storage areas promptly.
• Stock serving stations and refrigerators to ensure the kitchen always has what it needs.
• Maintain dish pit cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout every shift.
