Black Bear Diner in Katy, TX is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to own the dishwashing process, ensuring utensils and service ware are cleaned, sanitized and stocked for smooth dinner service.

Responsibilities include loading, running and unloading the dish machine; keeping it clean; reporting any problems; monitoring water temperature and chemical usage; washing and storing tableware; maintaining a clean dishroom; and assisting teammates as needed.

• Assist other team members with cleaning and organizing as needed.
• Bag and haul dishroom trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Complete sidework for the station and shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty.
