Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment and utensils to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keep dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean and organized.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and co-workers.
