Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.
• Follows safety procedures with chemicals.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment.
• Maintains dishwashing station and three-compartment sink areas.
• Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports issues to management.
• Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests, customers, coworkers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
