Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a Product Designer with a Creative Developer mindset to blend UI/UX design with hands-on AI-assisted development. You will transform complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences and leverage AI-powered tools to prototype, implement UI components, and accelerate design-to-code workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to validate ideas, maintain design consistency, and bridge design with development in a 100% remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.
• Strong portfolio of digital product design across web/mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of user-centered design, IA, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and frontend concepts.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for coding, rapid prototyping, or frontend development.
• Ability to turn design concepts into prototypes or working interfaces via AI workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from research to usability testing.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Designer with a Creative Developer mindset who combines strong UI/UX design skills with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools to bring ideas to life.

In this role, you will transform complex product requirements and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling, and functional digital experiences. Beyond traditional design responsibilities, you will leverage AI-powered tools to build interactive prototypes, implement UI components, and accelerate the journey from design concepts to working interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to validate ideas, improve usability, maintain design consistency, and bridge the gap between design and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.

• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences.

• Design responsive interfaces and interactions for web and mobile platforms.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, UI implementation, and design iteration.

• Build functional prototypes and implement UI components or features using AI-powered coding workflows.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate concepts and ensure design feasibility.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, reusable components, and interface patterns.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Communicate design rationale, present solutions, and incorporate feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Balance user experience, visual quality, technical constraints, and product priorities when delivering design solutions.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.

• A strong portfolio showcasing digital product design, interaction design, and high-quality user experiences across web and/or mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.

• Experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of frontend development concepts.

• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for coding, rapid prototyping, UI implementation, or frontend development.

• Ability to turn design concepts into functional prototypes or working interfaces through AI-assisted workflows.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or other frontend technologies.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development platforms and natural-language-to-code workflows.

• Experience translating Figma designs into functional UI components or interactive prototypes.

• Knowledge of motion design, animations, and micro-interactions.

• Experience developing and maintaining design systems and reusable frontend components.

• Familiarity with responsive design best practices and accessibility standards.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development.

• Knowledge of product analytics, data-driven design, or A/B testing.

• Experience designing SaaS or enterprise-level products.

• Experience designing dashboards, data visualization interfaces, or AI-powered products.
