We are seeking an Experienced Equity Options Discretionary Trader to join a high-performing trading desk. This is an opportunity for an experienced trader to take ownership of a trading book, manage risk, develop strategies, and capitalize on opportunities across US and global equity markets.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly competitive, analytically driven, and has a demonstrated track record of profitability in a trading role.

What You'll Do

• Manage your own trading book with a focus on US and global equity markets
• Manage portfolio risk across active discretionary trading strategies and make independent trading decisions
• Collaborate with other traders and team members to execute desk objectives while maintaining established risk standards
• Analyze market trends, order flow, technical patterns, and other market signals to identify trading opportunities
• Develop, test, and refine trading strategies using historical data and real-time market conditions
• Closely monitor market conditions, news, and macroeconomic events affecting equity markets
• Conduct research to develop new strategies and improve existing strategies
• Monitor material changes in risk and P&L, particularly deviations from trading plans, and proactively communicate developments to leadership
• Build and grow your trading business through collaboration, mentorship, and continued development
