Job summary

Allied Universal Compliance and Investigation Services is seeking a Surveillance Investigator to perform discreet mobile and stationary surveillance of claimants to support insurance claims. The role requires driving and the ability to work independently within legal and ethical standards.

Responsibilities include independent investigations across various coverage types, using surveillance techniques, and documenting observations clearly for claims processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post offer, must complete Allied Universal Investigations' training/orientation course.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience, preferably in investigations or protective services.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
• Type reports in Microsoft Word with minimal errors.
• Proficient with laptops, video cameras and cell phones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent investigations of insurance claims across coverage types.
• Utilize surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor subjects covertly.
• Document and report observations clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with investigators and law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
