Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia and in good standing.
• Experience with eDiscovery, analytics, and AI tools.
• Leadership, management, and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of privilege reviews and privilege logs.
• Technical expertise with eDiscovery review platforms, analytics, TAR, and contract analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Team building, knowledge sharing, and cross-training of project attorneys and staff.
• Coordinate with Alston Discovery leadership and Client Teams.
• Develop protocols and workflows for analysis of electronic data.
• Manage and supervise complex document reviews and analytics projects.
• Oversee non-review special projects demonstrating substantive legal knowledge.
• Collaborate with Legal Technology & Consulting Services on project design.
• Perform 2nd tier reviews and privilege reviews as needed.
• Assist client teams in witness files, timelines, and deposition outlines.
• Create and update document decision and privilege logs.
• Maintain confidentiality and time-entry records.
