Qualifications

• Meets the biblical qualifications of an elder as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4.
• 3-5 years experience in vocational church or para-church ministry, or significant volunteer leadership experience within a local church context.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead and oversee the development of communities of believers who are growing in maturity in Christ.
• Work with younger staff, and key volunteers to grow and develop spiritual leadership.
• Prepare and preach during corporate gatherings of the church approximately 6-10 times per year.
