Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the church's vision for spiritual formation.
• Teach the Bible systematically and relevantly to the community.
• Develop a speaker schedule with church elders.
• Lead the church's teaching team, teaching approximately 50% of the year.
• Study the Bible and related materials daily for teaching.
• Create a team of seasoned and emerging teachers.
• Provide teaching at special ministry programs and events.
• Teach at other churches as aligned with RBC.
