Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a hands-on Technician in Hawaii to help businesses recover from emergencies. You’ll assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, perform light demolition, and set up equipment with a skilled team. You’ll maintain company vehicles, follow safety protocols, document work, and track expenses and time.

A valid driver’s license is required, and restoration experience is preferred. Certification in water mitigation should be obtained within one year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, light demolition, and equipment setup
• Maintain clean, stocked, and response-ready company vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe job site
• Support project documentation, photos, and daily reports
• Track expenses, time, and complete necessary work orders
• Perform physical labor, debris removal, and material handling
• Provide flexible support across multiple service lines
