Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a motivated teammate to respond to emergencies and help restore homes and businesses. You will work with a dedicated crew, learn restoration techniques, and provide a fast, caring service to clients in their time of need.

Ideal candidates have handyman or construction experience, enjoy teamwork, and are willing to learn new skills. Valid driver’s license and occasional on-call shifts are required. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up
