Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to perform cleaning and restoration services related to mold, fire, biohazard, and post-construction cleaning projects. These conditions often require detailed deep cleaning, disinfecting, deodorization, and contents cleaning to restore properties safely and professionally.

Team members must be comfortable working in challenging environments while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, restoration or environmental cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles with equipment, tools, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain clean vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
• Perform detailed cleaning services for mold, fire, biohazard, and post-construction projects.
• Clean, disinfect, and deodorize affected structures and contents.
• HEPA vacuum and wipe surfaces using approved cleaning products and EPA-registered disinfectants.
• Follow all company safety policies and report hazards immediately.
