Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, seeks Refueling Technicians for disaster response in Georgia. Seasonal positions involve fueling vehicles, generators, and equipment, with deployments on short notice to support emergency fuel distribution.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year in fuel handling or related fields; labor, construction, or warehouse experience is welcome. Travel may be required on short notice.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.
Minimum 1 year experience in fuel handling, logistics or related field preferred.
Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or industrial roles encouraged.

Responsibilities

Operate fuel dispensing equipment to refuel vehicles, generators, and equipment in disaster areas.
Assist with fueling from tanker trucks into emergency vehicles and generators.
Ensure accurate measurement and recording of dispensed fuel.
Follow safety procedures to prevent spills and accidents.
Perform inspections and maintenance on fuel dispensing equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain records of fuel deliveries, usage, and inventory levels.
Support logistics in coordinating fuel delivery and distribution.
Prepare and submit daily reports on refueling activities and equipment status.
Respond to emergency call outs and be available for deployment on short notice (12–72 hours).
