SERVPRO Team Miller in Bay City, MI is seeking a Disaster Recovery Team Production Technician for a full-time role. You will join first responders to natural disasters, assist with equipment transport, cleaning, and maintenance on job sites across Michigan.

The Disaster Recovery Team, SERVPRO of Saginaw is currently seeking a DRT Production Technician.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Transportation of equipment to jobsite
• Cleaning of Equipment
• Maintenance of equipment large and small format
• Maintaining trailers on jobsite

This is a full-time position with competitive salary plus benefits.

Requirements:

• Perform production processes following SERVPRO DRT production guidelines.
• Ensure clear two-way communication with Project Manager and other Technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
• A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Devoted to integrity, honesty, and empathy toward colleagues and customers.
• Extremely adaptable to changing tasks and schedules.
• Ability to be on call to respond to a disaster.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights or greater.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
