Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to align technical and strategic cyber and information security solutions with business needs. The Disaster Recovery Lead role collaborates with technology and leadership, with on-call responsibilities within the incident management framework.

You will bridge security practices with regulatory requirements, drive maturity of resilience processes, and guide security program improvements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 5-7 years IT security experience.
• 2-3 years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of security concepts and standards.
• Familiarity with HIPAA Security Rule.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security, compliance, policy, risk management, and remediation.
• Identify process improvements and develop plans to meet or exceed security best practices.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information residing on or transmitted through the enterprise’s devices, servers, and data repositories.
• Provide technical expertise and administration of security solutions.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and administration of security tools to reduce risk.
• Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior to support the business.
• Oversee and maintain system consistency through regular audits.
• Provide leadership and education to colleagues; promote information sharing and continuous improvement.
