Job summary

TSI Federal, LLC is seeking a FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Quality Control Specialist to support our disaster recovery team in Hermits Peak, NM. You will verify QA on PA projects and coordinate with FEMA stakeholders.

Responsibilities include inspections, cost estimation, scoping, and ensuring compliance with PA eligibility and regulations across multiple concurrent projects in the disaster recovery program.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree and five years of related experience.
• Or a graduate-level degree or professional registration with two years of related experience.
• Or ten years of related experience.
• Must be proficient in generating general and technical reports, briefings, correspondence, and compliance documentation.
• Should have the ability to act as a representative and interface with other program personnel.
• Should have thorough knowledge of PA eligibility, law, regulations, and policies, and familiarity with other FEMA programs.
• Should be able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and rapidly identify and recommend solutions to issues.
• Must communicate orally and in writing to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Should have knowledge of federal, state, and local government organizational structures and relationships related to emergency management programs.
