Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a FEMA Badge.
• Domestic travel is required.
• 5 years of in-field experience (2 years with a bachelor’s degree).

Responsibilities

• Collects, coordinates and/or reviews applicant data to determine eligibility and priority of assignments.
• Supports communication with applicants about status by scheduling meetings and following up on FEMA requests.
• Coordinates document transmission and schedules site inspections.
• Reviews and validates damage details, scopes of work, and costs with applicants.
• Participates in FEMA meetings and may evaluate claims for eligibility.
• Conducts exit briefings and supports close out; may coordinate site inspections.
