Job summary

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Hawaii seeks a logistics liaison and planner to coordinate all-hazards logistics plans and support disaster operations across Pacific partners. You will work with the Region 9 team, Response Division, and external partners to assess needs, coordinate resources, and maintain readiness models.

This role requires independence in requirements assessment and resource planning, with potential deployments to support RRCC, IMAT, JFO, and other incident

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating logistics planning and incident support with Pacific partners.
• Ability to independently assess requirements, coordinate resources and support disaster operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a logistics liaison, planner and technical advisor for Region 9's Pacific Area of Responsibility.
• Coordinate with Response Division, Logistics Branch, HQ logistics offices and external partners.
• Develop and maintain all-hazards logistics plans and readiness models for Hawaii and Pacific partners.
