Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-four years experience working with people with disabilities.
• Experience with aging populations or youth services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consumer intakes and needs assessments.
• Assist individuals with disabilities to live independently.

• Promote accessibility improvements.
• Educate consumers on self-advocacy strategies.
• Conduct community outreach.
