Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Case Intake & Review Coordination: Receive and process initial disability review requests; review cases for service type and required docs; identify conflicts of interest; confirm clarity of clinical questions.
• Physician Reviewer Coordination: Select Physician Reviewers based on availability, specialty needs, and client pricing; maintain ongoing communication for timely reports.
• Report Preparation & Delivery: Create DR report templates; coordinate scheduling and timelines; communicate status updates; finalize reports after QNR approval; deliver reports to referring parties.
• Documentation, Billing & Compliance: Document case activities; enter costs for invoicing; protect confidential information; seek clinical direction when appropriate; perform other duties as assigned.
