Job summary

The IMA Group in Stratford, CT is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to perform psychological evaluations that support disability determinations. The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a strong work-life balance.

You will conduct evaluations for children and adults, administer cognitive and developmental assessments, and prepare objective reports. Connecticut license and experience are required; no ongoing therapy or counseling involved.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut psychologist license (PhD or PsyD) required.
• Experience conducting psychological and cognitive assessments.
• Comfort evaluating both pediatric and adult populations.
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations for children and adults.
• Administer cognitive and developmental assessments (Bayley, Leiter, WPPSI).
• Complete detailed, objective evaluation reports with clear conclusions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Complete required Connecticut disability training before beginning evaluations.
• Expand into VA disability evaluations as opportunities arise.
