Qualifications

• Record-keeping and reporting on vocational progress.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with employers and Workforce Oklahoma to facilitate employment of individuals with disabilities.
• Researches labor market data and provides current employment leads.
• Evaluates work skill level and designs programs to meet employment goals.
• Maintains case notes and prepares progress reports and documentation.
• Places individuals into jobs to meet employment goals.
• Provides career counseling, job search workshops, resume writing, interview techniques, and employability services to applicants and employers.
• Markets services to businesses and community organizations; provides outreach and education on disability services.
