The work covers disability definitions, medical and vocational evidence, benefit entitlement, calculation accuracy, administrative records, and procedural fairness. You must distinguish claim adjudication from treating-provider clinical decisions and formal legal advice.
You will create expert-quality training examples and provide written feedback that improves model behavior. Your work should reflect balanced judgment, accurate calculations, defensible reasoning, and careful documentation of the relevant administrative record.
You need at least two years of professional experience in disability claims adjudication, disability underwriting, vocational rehabilitation, or leave and absence management. Strong written analysis and close attention to detail are essential.

This remote contractor opportunity is available to candidates in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Malta, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria, and Belgium. The minimum commitment is 20 hours per week, with 40 or more hours preferred.
Successful completion of onboarding is paid at a flat $800 rate, estimated at approximately 10 hours. After onboarding, compensation is $80 per hour.
