Job summary

Worley is seeking a crane operator to operate a traveling or stationary overhead crane to lift, move, and position loads such as machinery, equipment, products, and bulk materials at our Baytown site.

The role emphasizes safety in load hookup, crane operation, and routine maintenance, with required certifications and NCCER credentials. You will contribute to efficient project execution within a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• Crane operator certification.
• NCCER Certified (written or performance verified)

• Manipulates or depresses crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions
• Cleans and maintains crane and hoisting mechanism
• Inspects crane for defective parts and notifies supervisor of defects or malfunctions
• May attach load to hook or another crane accessory prior to operating crane
