Qualifications

• Experience in satellite installation or related field.
• Strong technical understanding of satellite systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installation: Conduct professional installations of DIRECTV satellite systems, setting up dishes, receivers and related equipment with tools and diagnostics.
• Maintenance and Repair: Identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Customer Service: Explain system operations clearly and address client questions.
• Technical Support: Provide guidance on usage, troubleshooting, and upgrades tailored to clients.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and company standards during visits.
• Documentation: Complete service reports and installation forms accurately.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and store company tools and equipment properly.
