Star Mountain Capital is seeking a talened professional for an in-person role based in Tampa, Florida. The successful candidate will support analysis and execution of private credit, structured equity and select control buyouts in U.S. mid-market firms.
With 1–4 years of relevant experience, you will build financial models, prepare memos, and contribute to due diligence while collaborating with a dynamic team that values training and internal mobility.

The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other economics. Total compensation may vary by role, location, department, and individual performance.
