Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Directory Services System Administrator to advance customer missions through expert management of Active Directory services and hybrid authentication systems.

You will support identity, access, and centralized resource management while leveraging automation tools to enhance reliability and efficiency for enterprise IT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (experience may substitute).
• 5+ years of Active Directory services architecture and management, Group Policy, domain controller management, security configurations, AD Schema, PowerShell and PKI.
• Knowledge of system security, authentication protocols, and access control methodologies.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience may be substituted for education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Active Directory services architecture and management, Group Policy management, domain controller management, security configurations, AD Schema, PowerShell and PKI.
• Understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and access control methodologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure/AWS Admin, Azure/AWS Security, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, MCSE)

The likely salary range for this position is $103,700 - $140,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
