Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior analyst to lead complex workforce planning initiatives, translating requirements into actionable BI solutions and analytics aligned with enterprise goals. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to validate plans and improve forecasting accuracy for operational planning.

You will oversee project execution, manage resources and milestones, and drive talent development, including succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, CS, Mathematics with 5+ years data management/analytics experience or 7+ years in data analysis.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience in workforce planning and human capital management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and BI to drive strategic workforce solutions.
• Experience developing and implementing workforce evaluation analytics and improvement strategies.
• Skills in talent strategy, workforce development, and succession planning.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
