Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Workforce Excellence to lead centralized Workforce Planning, Forecasting and Quality programs for the Patient Service Center (PSC) across multiple U.S. locations.

The role collaborates with PSC leadership to define strategy, governance, and operating models that optimize contact center and pharmacy operations. You will oversee Workforce Management, capacity planning, and analytics, mentoring senior leaders and driving data-driven decisions to improve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, operations, business, analytics.
10+ years of relevant healthcare/enterprise operations experience.
5+ years leading centralized support services or Workforce Excellence teams.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for centralized Workforce Excellence functions across PSC contact center and pharmacy operations.
Develop operating models and performance-management frameworks for Workforce Excellence.
Lead and develop Associate Directors, managers and staff to high performance.
Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for resourcing and process improvements.
