Job summary

Summit Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Director, Value Outcomes Liaison to engage with US payers, health systems, and policy makers, educating stakeholders on the clinical, economic, and humanistic value of ivonescimab.

The role collaborates with HEOR and market access teams to advance formulary access and guideline integration, while supporting evidence-based decision making and patient outcomes. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

  • MD, PharmD, or PhD in Health Services Research, Health Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 12+ years relevant experience in healthcare industry with minimum 5+ years direct experience in the pharmaceutical, managed care, or consulting industries.
  • Previous experience in Oncology, preferably NSCLC.
  • Previous experience in field-based role with strong understanding of the US healthcare system, market access landscape and value-based decision makers.
  • Travel up to approximately 75% of time, including overnight travel for internal and external meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with population-based decision makers (PBDMs) as primary contact.
  • Collaborate with HEOR and market access teams to execute on scientific engagement strategy.
  • Provide clinical and health economic information to payers and formulary decision-makers.
  • Maintain knowledge of ivonescimab to inform formulary decisions and improve patient outcomes.
  • Communicate stakeholder insights and evidence gaps to internal teams.
